字面意思是让你提供你做offer的种子。
推断是让你提供你的推广细节或者lp这类的
总之他不是跟你要你身上的种子

我的理解是他在询问你OFFER业绩下降的原因是什么?

应该是你之前做的那个OFFER,近期你没有做了,导致业绩量急剧下降,所以他来问你原因

I need to know how big your email list is and how you got it.   The problem is you are just getting multiple clicks on the same email links and this is going to cause a problem if you can’t explain how you are sending out your emails and or why you just get multiple clicks on the same referral links.  I need to hear back from you right away or they will most likely shut your account down until we hear from you.  Thanks!

    这个意思是你的Email refer URL 都一样了。这个就不太好解释了。

referral问题是最难解释 也是K号的第一帮手
联盟的意思是让你给他发过去你的推广数据图  也就是点击，转换率的截图
multiple clicks from same referral 楼主可以这样解释：After i analysis of my stat, All these clicks are from a same email address that in my lists. I can asure that that email address owner is my competitor who is also promoting this offers and know the tricks like how to kill somebody's account from muti-clicks.
