不知道这次催款能否成功

后台显示15号已经通过pp支付，但是实际上我没收到钱。刚才联系am了，回复如下：

it's hit or miss
    some times the payment processor has enough money in their paypal
    to send them out
    other times they dont
    meaning they have to transfer from their bank
    which takes 3 business days
    resulting in a delay
    the only payments that have absolutely no delay
    are wires and ACH
    payments
