The“DCSX” is happy to announce that it has yet made an important step in its position as an internationally recognized securities exchange.
Last November 17, 2022 we received official confirmation that securities admitted to trading on the tradeable Listings Market of our exchange meet the definition of “Listed” in accordance with the standards as set by the United Kingdom’s “HMRC” authority. The term “HMRC” or His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) refers to the tax authority of the U.K. government.
As per the DCSX’s CEO Mr.Dirk-Jan de Graaff: “this recognition by an important authority as the HMRC is another important step for the DCSX’s potential to attract international listings to it’s platform”.
Being an exchange in a financial jurisdiction that has international financial services in it’s DNA, this recognition further underlines the role the DCSX plays for listings from outside it’s own territory, whether from the Latin American and greater Caribbean area, the Pan-European market, or the Asian markets.
The HMRC recognition allows the DCSX to stay the course in servicing businesses and investors from all over the globe.
In addition to this HMRC recognition, the  DCSXis an affiliate of the World Federation of Exchanges, a member of AMERCA -(Association of Capital Markets of the Americas), formed by the Stock Exchange of Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panamá, and the Dominican Republic. Since November 24, 2020, the DCSX also became an official member of the European American Chamber of Commerce Florida Chapter(EACCFL), and the DCSX was approved as a Partner of the Association of NationalNumbering Agencies (“ANNA”) and as National Numbering Agency for Curaao on June 17, 2021.
At the DCSX, we realize that for the domestic and international business community to prosper, matured start-ups as well as small and medium-sized enterprises must be in the position to attract capital on a regulated, practically-oriented exchange and to do so at fair costs.
